Galaxy Black Fishbone
DESCRIPTION
Galaxy Fishbone shrimps are Caridina shrimps that originated from mixing different Caridin varieties (including Taiwan Bee and Tiger shrimps). A special and very sought after variety pattern of these shrimps are BOA shrimps (the second picture is a picture of the parents of the shrimp on sale). These shrimps are characterized by the black colouration of body, the pattern usually in form of the fish spine (from this comes the name fishbone) on tail and dots and spots on shrimps head. Gradation of shrimps depends on the intensity of the pattern on the head - the more and bigger dots/dots the higher gradation. These shrimps belong to rare shrimps and exact way of obtaining them has never been fully described. Some of them can have spider legs pattern (40 - 50% of legs are coloured in this pattern). As all shrimps of Caridina family they require special conditions for proper growth and reproduction. The shrimps should be kept in the following conditions.
